How to measure your foot:
Place your heel against a wall with your toes pointed forward, and use a ruler or measuring tape to measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
For the most accurate measurement, use a ruler in centimeters.
You can also trace your foot on a piece of paper while standing up straight, and then measure the tracing from heel to toe.
It's recommend adding 1 centimeters to the length to allow for your feet to expand during activity.
